About the Course

Do you feel overwhelmed with emotions and need some TLC. This session will incorporate a Energy & Emotions assessment. To identify and to release any emotional blocks within the body. We will work together to release any energy and emotional blocks, that need to be removed from the body and energy field. We will also work through the energy/emotions in a practical way. Working thorugh how you can stay in balance in your day to day life. After the session there will be a half hour Reiki session. To relax and feel the wonderful Reiki energy to relax and breathe. To help reduce anxiety and promote well being. Reiki is wonderful for self healing and regaining balance in your life. This session will rebalance you and help you to breathe easily in your life. These sessions are in person. The sessions are available on Monday's, Wednesday's, Friday's and some Saturday's at Barham Court Teston ME18 5BZ. Book online using this link.
