About the event
Tracy, Lisa and Denise welcome you to join them on a day retreat of silence.
A chance to quieten the noise through movement and stillness; to pause and reflect whilst being in the beautiful surroundings of Lake House Kent.
Be led on a journey in which you can partake as much or as little as you like, taking the time to enjoy the silence and to really tune in to yourself.
You will be brought back to sound with some gentle chimes and bowls, then all come back together as Tracy as holds a psychic medium ship session .
