Heal Your Life Taster Session

Have you been drawn to the work of Louise Hay and Heal Your Life books and Workshops. But you don't know where to start, this session could be for you? 

We will look at some of the ways to make your life feel more positive and easy. Changing your thoughts can create a more positive life. Knowing where your thoughts come from and changing your long held beliefs. 

We will also look at being kind to yourself and what makes you happy?

Sometimes we have lost sight of who we are and who we want to be. 

During the session there will be  a meditation. We will spend some time spent looking at where you are and how to create some change in your life after the day. 

Sometimes it really is the small changes that create the momentum to really change your life over time.
