About the Course

Do you feel overwhelmed with emotions and need some tlc. A listening ear and some guidance in moving your life forward. This session will give you a complete energy reset to help release stuck energy and emotions, helping to shift blocks in your life. We will identify and release any emotional blocks within your body. We will work together to release the energy and emotional blocks, that need to be removed from the body and energy field. To help you to breathe easier and to really feel more at ease in yourself. To move your life forward in what ever way you wish to. We will also talk through and work through the energy/emotions in a practical way. Working through how you can stay in balance in your day to day life. After the energy release session, you will be able to relax and breathe easily with a 30/40 minute Reiki session. I will be adding crystal healing and I will incorporate healing energy tuning forks for this session. There will be a guided meditation to really attract all the abundance you wish to bring into your life. This complete session will help to reduce stress and anxiety and you will breathe more easily promoting well being. These sessions are in person.
